I've been using Zena's Extermination for a few years for my home garage and for my commercial warehouse which deals with food and general freight. It's important that we are pest free and Susan has great advice and treatment if the occasion arises. She believes in treatment and maintenance and teaches great preventative measures. She does it the right way. Most pests aren't treated in one treatment and some pests (mice) are seasonal. She is quite clear about that. I would rather work with someone who will go the whole 9 yards instead of one treatment and expecting the problem to be gone. Her charges are very reasonable for the work she does. I highly recommend Zena's Extermination.

I had what I thought was a rabbit move under my deck in the winter. I called threee exterminators and Fish & Wildlife but no one would help me. Sue @ Zena’s came the same day and told me she didn’t think it was a rabbit. That very afternoon she caught a large musk rat in her live trap and relocated him. She also noticed I had a mouse problem and took care of that too! Sue has been extremely helpful in managing my ongoing mouse problem. She has been both professional and reliable and I am grateful for her services. BEST Exterminator ever!!!

Very handy to know this site. The owner responds very quickly to our cal via text messaging. She is very efficient and knowledgeable with experiences in dealing with unwanted wildlife animals and critters. Tenacity, quick and persistent to deal and removing unwanted pests. All the while taking control of the situation by bringing her own equipment to capture these pests without causing injuries. In our situation they were skunks. Excellent communication skills to discuss the habitat and the biological aspects of these wild animals. For su the price was reasonable. I recommend her services anytime.

I first used Zena’s Extermination Services a few years back. Since then I have used this company exclusively. I had tried another company prior to using Zena’s Extermination and was very disappointed in the service, cost and effort in getting them on site. When I reached out to Zena’s Extermination my call was answered, an on-site consultation (free of charge) was booked promptly, which was then following up soon after with visit to treat my property for both Carpenter Ants and Mice. And because Zena Extermination is fully certified and trained on Pest Control they were able to use the right applications and remedies to rid the property of both the ants and mice. I found with other companies that their exterminators don’t always have this certification and as a result they are sometimes more limited in what they can do and less effective as a result. I now have Zena Extermination on a maintenance schedule to ensure that neither the ants or mice reappear which is very cost reasonable and easy to set up. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is having pest or animal issues. Zena’s Extermination also traps animals in residential settings and I really like that they release those animals back into the wild rather than some of the other options that other companies avail themselves of. So if you have pest or animal issues I really recommend Zena’s Extermination as their staff is certified to use all available remedies, they do a great job, at reasonable prices, in a timely matter and you’ll be very pleased with the outcome.
